Brief: to project-manage and build the 2001-2002 Annual Report website as a subsite of Fonterra's main site.

My responsibilities included:

  • Project management within an extremely tight deadline - we had about a week to design and build the site from scratch
  • Building the site - initially without content - adding content as the printed documents were competed by Origin. Architecture, HTML, graphics
  • Overseeing and contributing to the site proofing and testing - even more rigorous than usual as this is an important legal document.

A tight deadline - but as Origin were also doing the Annual Report printwork, at least we had instant access to the content once it became available. A watered-down version of the Report has since been incorporated into Fonterra's in-house website.
